Abstract :Terra firma-forme dermatozu insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(TFFD); kir benzeri kahverengi hiperpigmente plaklarla karakterize bir keratinizasyon bozukluğudur. Nedeni tam olarak bilinmeyen bu hastalığın tanı ve tedavisi oldukça kolaydır. En sık boyun ve gövdede görülen lezyonların en önemli özelliği su ve sabunla giderilemezken %70 izopropil veya etil alkolle kolayca silinebilmesidir. Bu yazıda TFFD tanısı konulan iki çocuk olgu sunulmaktadır.
