Abstract :Akut generalize ekzantematöz püstülosis akut başlangıçlı, tüm vücutta yaygın, yüzeyel püstüllerle karakterize bir hastalıktır. Ateş ve nötrofil sayısında artışın sıklıkla eşlik ettiği bu hastalıkta kısa sürede spontan düzelme olması tipiktir. Klinik olarak generalize püstüler psöriazisi taklit eder. Burada akut generalize ekzantematöz püstülosis tanısı alan 10 yaşında bir çocuk hasta sunulmaktadır.
