Abstract :Osteopetrozis kemik rezorpsiyon kusuru nedeniyle oluşan yaygın kemik sklerozuyla karekterize kalıtımsal bir hastalıktır. Osteopetrozisin malign formu infantlarda makrosefali, hepatosplenomegali, sağırlık, körlük ve ciddi anemiyle farkedilir. Hepatosplenomegali ve anemi nedeni araştırılırken malign osteopetrosiz tanısı alan hasta sunuldu.
