Abstract :Benign geçici hiperfosfatazemi insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(BGH); 5 yaşın altında, karaciğer ya da kemik hastalığına dair herhangi bir bulgusu olmayan çocuklarda, serum alkalen fosfataz insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(ALP); düzeylerinin yükselmesi ve 12-16 hafta içinde kendiliğinden normal düzeylere inmesidir. Bu yazıda rutin muayene sırasında tetkik edilirken, ALP yüksekliği saptanan, karaciğer ve kemik hastalığı bulgusu olmayan ve izleminin 6. haftasında ALP düzeyleri normale dönen, 11 aylık bir kız olgu sunulmuştur.
