Abstract :Bu yazıda yenidoğanın geçici takipnesi tanısı ile izlenen ve yaşamlarının ilk saatlerinde pnömotoraks gelişen ikiz kardeşler sunulmuştur. Neonatal dönemde ailevi pnömotoraks öyküsü olan ailelere genetik danışmanlığın sağlanmasının gelecekte doğacak bireyler açısından önemli bir fayda sağlayacağını vurgulamayı amaçladık.
