Abstract :Puberte normal zamanda ve sürede olması durumunda fizyolojik bir süreçtir. Her iki cinste de erken puberte olasılığı ile karşılaşan hekim görülen bu bulgunun gerçekten patolojik olup olmadığını, eğer gerçekten olağan dışı bir bulgu ise altta yatan nedeni, tedavi gereken bir durum olup olmadığını öncelikle sorgulamalıdır. Bu derlemede çocuk hekimlerine bu soruların yanıtına ulaşmaya yönelik bilgiler verilmeye çalışılmıştır.
