Abstract :Peliosis hepatis karaciğerin değişik etiyolojik faktörler ve farklı patogenetik mekanizmalara bağlı olarak gelişen nadir bir vasküler hastalığıdır. Kemik iliği yetmezliği sendromlarında sıklıkla kullanılan androjenler nadiren peliosis hepatise neden olabilirler. Biz Fanconi aplastik anemi tanısı ile 4 yıldır androjen kullanan ve peliosis hepatis gelişen bir olguyu sunduk.
