Abstract :This study aimed to examine the relationship between teachers\\\' job satisfaction in private schools and the leadership practices of school principals. The study sample, which was designed using a correlational method, consisted of 202 teachers working in private schools. Data were collected using a Personal Information Form, the Job Satisfaction, and the Leadership Practices Scale. Descriptive statistics, Pearson’s Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient, and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis were employed for data analysis. The findings revealed that school principals in private schools demonstrated moderate levels of leadership practices, and teachers\\\' job satisfaction levels were also moderate. A significant, positive, and moderate relationship was found between school principals\\\' leadership practices and teachers\\\' job satisfaction. School principals\\\' leadership practices and teachers\\\' gender, educational status, and years of service explained 33% of the variance in job satisfaction. Among the leadership dimensions, “Enabling Others to Act” was found to be a significant predictor of job satisfaction among teachers working in private schools. Conversely, gender, educational status, and years of service were not significant predictors of teachers\\\' job satisfaction. Overall, the research indicates that principals’ encouragement of cooperation and emphasis on teamwork play an essential role in enhancing teachers\\\' job satisfaction in private schools.
