Abstract :Greft Kaplı Stent İle Tedavi Edilen Safen Ven Grefti Perforasyon Olgusu Koroner arter perforasyonu perkütan koroner girişimler sırasında gelişebilen nadir fakat hayatı tehdit edebilen bir komplikasyondur. Koroner perforasyonlar için Ellis sınıflandırması kullanılır. Ellis evre 3 koroner perforasyon gelişen hastalarda ölüm oranı %44`lere kadar varmaktadır. 47 yaşında koroner by-pass öyküsü olan erkek hasta anstabil angina ile klinğimize yatırıldı. Safen ven greftine stent implantasyonu sırasında oluşan Ellis evre 3 perforasyon politetrafloroetilen kaplı stent ile başarılı bir şekilde tedavi edildi. Perkütan koroner girişimler esnasında koroner rüptür ile karşılaşılabileceği unutulmamalıdır. Bu nedenle koroner perforasyon tedavisinin iyi bilinmesi ve kateter laboratuvarında gerekli donanımın tüm işlem sırasında hazır bulundurulması gerekmektedir.
