Abstract :“Hypertensive emergency” is a life threathing condition that caused by acute increase of blood pressure usually ≥180/120 mmHg leading end-organ damage. In the Emergency Department appropriate management of “Hypertensive Emergencies” is crucial for preventing death or irreversible disability.
