Abstract :Özet: Bu çalışmanın amacı öğretmenlerin iş doyum düzeylerinin  hangi düzeyde olduğunu ve çeşitli değişkenlere göre  farklılık gösterip göstermediği belirlenmeye çalışılmaktır Araştırmada tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini 2017-2018 eğitim öğretim yılında Erzurum ili Yakutiye , Palandöken ve Aziziye ilçesinde ilkokul, ortaokul ve liselerde görev yapan 722 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada Taşdan insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(2008); tarafından Türkçe’ye uyarlanan “İş Doyum Ölçeği` kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde betimsel istatistik yöntemlerinden standart sapma, aritmetik ortalama, frekans ve yüzde kullanmıştır. Ayrıca, dağılım normal olduğu için parametrik testlerden t-testi ve tek yönlü varyan analizi insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(ANOVA); uygulanmıştır. Araştırmada öğretmenlerin iş doyumu düzeyleri “kısmen iyi doyumlu” olarak bulunmuştur. Ayrıca, öğretmenlerin cinsiyet,yaş, medeni durum ve hizmet yıl değişkenlerine gore iş doyumu puan ortalamaları arasında istatiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılık olmadığı, çalıştıkları okul ve eğitim durumu değişkenlerine göre anlamlı bir farklılık olduğu görülmüştür. Anahtar kelimeler: Öğretmen, okul, iş, iş doyumu   Abstract: The aim of this study is to examine the job satisfaction according to teachers’ perceptions. A survey model was used. Target population of the study is composed of 722 teachers who work in primary schools, secondary schools and high schools in Yakutiye, Palandöken and Aziziye districts of Erzurum province in the 2017-2018 academic year. job satisfaction scale which was adapted to Turkish by Tasdan insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(2008); was used. When the data were analyzed, standard deviation, arithmetic mean, frequency and percentage were used. Since the distribution was normal, t-test and ANOVA were used for parametric tests. Job satisfaction levels of the teachers were found partly- satisfaction . Another finding obtained from the study is that According to teachers` views on the job satisfaction according to teachers’ there was not differ statistically significant according to gender, the marital status and age variables. There was a statistically significant difference according to the teachers` educational status and school variable that they work. Key Words: Teacher, job, schools, job satisfaction
