DETERMINATION OF WORK OF GENERATION Z USING THE DELPHI METHOD

Abstract :This research has been conducted with the aim of uncovering work values using the Delphi method. When examining the methods of previous research on work values, it is observed that most of these methods are aimed at revealing the majority opinion. While these methods contribute significantly to the categorical classification of work values in the literature, they contain significant gaps in terms of revealing values that all participants agree upon. This study aims to fill this important gap in the literature, contribute to the literature, and provide guidance for future studies. As a result of the study, a consensus has been reached on 37 work values that have been categorized into seven different categories consistent with the classification of work values in the literature: social needs, stability, leisure time, external, internal, altruistic, and managerial values.
