Abstract :Hipotalamik hamartom konjenital neoplastik olmayan tümör benzeri bir lezyondur. Santral puberte prekoksun santral sinir sistemi ile ilgili yaygın görülen organik sebeplerindendir. Bu olgu hipotalamik hamartoma bağlı küçük yaşta santral puberte prekoks görülmesi ve beraberinde faktör yedi eksikliğinin eşlik etmesi nedeniyle sunulmuştur.
