Abstract :This study investigates the relationship between marital satisfaction, job satisfaction, and exposure to emotional abuse among married and employed individuals. A total of 279 participants were recruited using simple random sampling. Data were collected through the Marital Satisfaction Scale, Job Satisfaction Scale, and Emotional Abuse Exposure Scale. Findings revealed that emotional abuse significantly predicted lower marital satisfaction and job satisfaction, while marital satisfaction was positively correlated with job satisfaction. Gender differences emerged, with men reporting higher exposure to emotional abuse and higher sexual satisfaction. Furthermore, individuals with higher levels of education and income reported significantly greater job satisfaction. The study highlights the detrimental effects of emotional abuse on both marital and occupational well-being, underscoring the importance of preventive and therapeutic interventions. Keywords : evlilik doyumu, iş tatmini, duygusal şiddet, psikolojik şiddet, cinsiyet rolleri
