Abstract :Over the last two decades the environment in which companies operate has been changing rapidly. As a result c continuous technological, economic and other various developments, companies face new threats as well as oppor tunities. in this dynamic competitive environment, organizational success depends not only on managing change buı also on being the driving source of change through implementing innovatİve strategies. in this study through an extensive literatüre review, the impact of TQM on successful innovation is elaborated.
