İŞLETMELERDE TEKNOLOJİ YÖNETİMİ BAĞLAMINDA İLERİ YÖNETİM TEKNOLOJİLERİ VE OTOMOTİV SEKTÖRÜNDE BİR UYGULAMA

The enterprises have used various production and management technologies from industrial revolution until today. With each new technology, it has been aimed that the resources can be utilized more efîicenfly, productively and effectively. Developments in management technologies have progressed from planned production to a structure in which necessities of the customers are taken into consideration. The enterprises which do not follow these develop­ments lose the competing advantages and cannot keep their market shares. in this study, high management tech­nologies used related to technology management were studied. in the automotive sector making a valuable contri-bution to the economy of Turkey, the findings obtained from an area study related to technology management vvere evaluated.
