Abstract :In multicriteria assignment problems, goals might have very different features. In this study, an algorithm is suggested for multicriteria assignment problems that have secondary goals in addition to cost minimization and profit maximization. The fundamental logic of the algorithm is the solution of a classic assigment problem in which Cjj coefficients are modified to become suitable to goals, constraints and to the results of sensitivity analysis of Cjj coefficients with Hungarian algorithm. This logic can also be used for the solution of other assignment problems that have different goals. The aplicability of the algorithm is seen in the solution of multicriteria assignment problem that is constituted for work distribution problems of the firms which are joined to a contract
