Abstract :In the case of insufficiency of taxes as normal financial sources in financing public deficits, there are alternative ways to finance them such as using central bank resources. The popular debates are based on whether using central bank resources causes inflationary effects or they don\`t. In this study this argument is tried to be analized and an answer tried to be found.
