Abstract :in this article, we\`ll define a causality amng sme human behaviurs and sme rganisa-tinal factrs. Each persn has skills, knvvledge and ability fr rganisatinal life. This situatin that many researchers studied abut is an imprtant prblem fr man, scieties and rganisatins and each researcher has evalııated these cnditins accrding t their wn perspectives.
