The impact f age n the jb satisfactin f Turkish academicians

The aim f this study is t investigate the differences in the levels f Turkish academician\`s jb satisfactin accrding t age. Data were btained frm 831 academicians in 26 Universities in Turkey. A ttal f 346 respnses were received, giving a respnse rate f 41,6 percent.
