Abstract :Civil governmental process have been cut four times by military forces in Turkey. These include; 27 May 1960 Stroke, 12 March 1971 Memorandum, 12 September 1980 Stroke and 28 February 1997 Process. In this paper, week democratic culture of Turkey, deviation tendency of Atatiirk\`s principles and revolution, failures of civil governments, relations of military and civil governments, and some external factors are proposed as causes of interm regims in Turkey.
