Avrupa İnsan Hakları Konvansiyonunun Ulusal Hukuk Düzenlerine Enkorporasyonu

This study examines the incorporation of the European Convention on Human Rights into national insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(internal); legal systems. In the study, first of all, the general execution of obligations stemming from the Convention is viewed. Then, according to articles 1st and 13* of the Convention, the obligation to incorporate/incorporation duty is scrutinized. Later, in related to these facts, the obligation to incorporate which is a consequence of the Convention\`s characteristics is considered. At the end, the opposition of member states of the Convention to this obligation is surveyed.
