Abstract :As a result of the increasing tendency towards a global economy and the developments in information technology, firm structure has received considerable research attention over the last two decades. The focus of this study is the recently applied models of virtuous organizational structures. A systematic review of the models suggests that vast majory of business firms will be establishing virtuous organizational structures in the near future.
