Abstract :In this study, we will examine the proggres of enterprising class which is very important for our country from past to now. In first part of study, the term of enterprising class will be taken up and then, the coming out and developing of term in Europe will be determined. After this, we will evaluate the stages that were seen in Ottomon Empire and Turkish Republic.
