Abstract :The financial problems of the Small and Medium Sized Enterprises insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(SME\`s); which play a very important role in the Turkish economy have become a serious issue. The financial problems of SME\`s get worse during crisis since they have a fragile structure and have generally difficulty in overcoming difficulties. The last economic crisis of the Turkish economy has affected all producing sectors and the SME\`s. In this study, the economic effects of the last crisis on the SME\`s and their financial foundations have been described by using an appropriate method. The results of these inquiries which have been carried on in Tokat are presented. The results which have been obtained by the inquiry method, discusses and provides some solutions to the financial problems posed.
