Abstract :Nilüfer Göle is a leading sociologist who has recently stigmatized Turkish thinking world and sociology. This study aims to analyze Göle\`s sociology and the chances taking place in Turkish society in recent years from her point of view. For that reason the article stresses upon the interventionist method used by the author and some essential conceptions building up the framework of her thought.
