Abstract :The economists who emphasize the function of training in the business market have been 1 mentioning that they had no opinion about the productivity of the individuals which they ‘a- -V have employed and Iherfore they have taken their decision according to the peculiarities of the same such as the level of education, sex. race, age etc that they have observed at the first stage. According to the elimination hypotesis. the education is an elimination mechanism which allow one to find a good job without effecting his insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(her); productivity.
