Abstract :Dualist labor market theory,wich considers the labor markets as primary market where appropriate employment conditions,high wages and promotion opportunities are to be found and secondary market that presents unstable production demand wich low payment and disorgantsed emloyment qualifications oiaims thal,suchfactors as education and training outside work placedo not play a determining role from the point of view employment,but is used only as a criterion used by employers in selecting personnel.
