Abstract :Supply Chain Integration (SCI) is a strategic approach aimed at ensuring seamless management of material, information, and financial flows by achieving alignment among functions and processes within the supply chain. SCI, encompassing four dimensions—internal and external integration, as well as supplier and customer integration—offers significant benefits such as cost reduction, improved customer satisfaction, and enhanced operational efficiency. Additionally, when combined with agility, it enables businesses to swiftly adapt to market changes and gain competitive advantages. Agility, defined as the capacity of businesses to adapt to changes and create opportunities, amplifies its strategic benefits when integrated with SCI. This study examines the impact of SCI on agility using data collected from businesses operating in the Istanbul and Kocaeli regions. The findings reveal that SCI enhances organizational agility, contributing to the sustainability and strategic objectives of businesses. The results underscore the critical importance of addressing SCI and agility strategies in an integrated manner for achieving competitive advantage and operational efficiency. Keywords : Supply Chain Integration, Internal and External Integration, Integration with Customers, Integration with Suppliers, Agility
