Abstract :This review systematically examines research within organizational psychology on Generation Z, focusing on their behavior, psychological needs, and work preferences. Studies on consumer behavior highlight Generation Z\\\'s shopping habits, technological fluency, and preference for sustainable consumption. Research on their psychosocial needs, particularly during crises like the COVID-19 pandemic, reveals how these factors shape their attitudes and behaviors. Additionally, studies on work and career provide insights into the motivations and expectations of Generation Z in professional settings, especially in fields like software development, informing strategies for human resource management. The review synthesizes findings from 23 studies published between 2017 and 2024, mostly using quantitative methods and sourced from the Web of Science database. This article contributes to a deeper understanding of Generation Z\\\'s dynamics within organizational contexts, offering valuable implications for businesses and policymakers. It also identifies gaps in current research, suggesting areas for further exploration to better address the unique needs and challenges of this generation in the workplace and beyond.
