Abstract :The ever-evolving development of technology and its increasing integration into daily life impact many fields, including higher education. This process results in higher education becoming increasingly intertwined with technological innovations. At this point, the concept of digital competence comes to the fore. This study examined academic publications on digital competence in higher education using bibliometric analysis. A total of 182 publications obtained from the Scopus database were analyzed using the Biblioshiny interface of the R-based Bibliometrix package. The findings generally reveal that interest in the topic has increased over time that the keywords \\\"teacher training\\\" and \\\"digital literacy\\\" are frequently used, that Spain has shown significant interest in this topic, and that the concept of artificial intelligence has recently become prominent. Future studies can conduct similar studies using different parameters and compare the results. Additionally, empirical studies examining the concept of digital competence in higher education in conjunction with artificial intelligence can be conducted.Keywords : Dijital Yetkinlik, Yüksek Öğretim, Bibliyometrik Analiz
