Abstract :Özet 1 : Bu çalışmada, Yalvaç Teknik Bilimler MYO öğrencilerinin deontolojik temelde iş algılarının ve cinsiyet farklılıklarının bu algı üzerine etkilerinin belirlenmesi hedeflenmiştir. Bu kapsamda Yalvaç Teknik Bilimler Meslek Yüksekokulu’nda okumakta olan öğrencilerle bir anket çalışması yürütülmüştür. Yalvaç Teknik Bilimler Meslek Yüksekokulu Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesi bünyesinde Yalvaç ilçesinde eğitim ve öğretim faaliyetlerini yürütmektedir. Yüksekokulda farklı özelliklerde birçok bölümde eğitim öğretim faaliyetleri gerçekleştirilmektedir. Bu bölümler; bilgisayar teknolojisi, çevre koruma teknolojileri, elektrik enerjisi, tekstil, giysi, ayakkabı ve deri, elektronik ve otomasyon, mimari restorasyon, yapı denetimi ve madenciliktir. Bu çalışmada anket soruları, Small insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(1992); ve Khalizani vd. insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(2011); tarafından hazırlanmış olan ve öğrencilerde, iş etiği belirleme amacıyla oluşturulmuş ölçeğe göre düzenlenmiştir. Anket çalışması sonucunda toplanan veriler, bilgisayar destekli istatistiksel analiz programı kullanılarak değerlendirmiştir. Ki-Kare yöntemi kullanılarak gerçekleştirilen analizlerde, öğrencilerin iş etiği konusundaki davranış ve tutumları ile cinsiyetleri arasındaki ilişkilerin belirlenmesi hedeflenmiştir.  Özet 2 : This study aims to determinate the relationship between gender of vocational high school students’ and perceptions on business ethics. Based on the deontological theory of ethics, a survey was designed, and conducted with Yalvaç Vocational School of Technical Science. Yalvaç Vocational School of Technical Science located in Suleyman Demirel University in Isparta. Yalvaç Vocational School of Technical Science have 9 department which are computer technologies, environment protection and control technologies, electrical energy, textiles clothing leather shoes, electronics and automation, architectural restoration, building control and mining. Our survey is constructed by incorporating previous survey questions and the scales used in Small insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(1992); and Khalizani et al. insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(2011); which focused student’s perceptions of business ethics. Data collected by the survey insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(with Google Drive); were analyzed by statistical analyzing software. Significant differences were analyzed by Chi-square methods between attitudes and behaviors related to business ethics; duration of education, gender and department separately .
