Abstract :Parlamento gündeminin belirlenmesi, ülkede geçerli hükümet sistemi ne olursa olsun, yasama ve yürütme erklerinin etkileşimi bakımından belirleyici nitelik taşıyan somut bir noktadır. Yasama organının gündemi, yürütmeyi ve özellikle de hükümet çalışmalarını doğrudan etkileyen kritik bir konudur. Parlamenter sistemlerde, yasama gündemi hükümet /iktidar partisi tarafından belirlenmektedir.
