Abstract :Sistemik Lupus Eritomatoz SLE birçok organ ve sistemi tutabilen otoimmün hastalıktır. Mesane tutulumu ve semptomları ise nadir görülür. SLE mesanede mukoza tutulumu ile sistit; nörolojik tutulum ile nörojenik mesane veya obstrüktif üropatolojilere neden olur. SLE nedeniyle 12 yıldır takipli, düzensiz kortikosteroid kullanımı olan, 2 ayda 3 defa akut idrar retansiyonu gelişen, yapılan basınç akım çalışmasında obstrüktif üropatoloji saptanan, bu nedenle transüretral sonda takılarak yoğun kortikosteroid tedavisi sonrası şikayetleri düzelen olgu sunuldu
