Abstract :Primer testis lenfoması PTL nadir görülen bir testis tümörü olup, tüm testis tümörlerin %1-9’unu oluşturmaktadır. Preoperatuvar dönemde diğer tümörlerden ayrımı güçtür. Tanı histopatolojik olarak konulur. En sık rastlanan histolojik tipi diffüz büyük B hücreli lenfomadır. Orşiektomi sonrası adjuvant radyoterapi ve/veya kemoterapi uygulanmaktadır. Prognozu diğer testis tümörlerinden kötü olup, ilk 1 yıl içinde yayılım bulgusunun olmaması iyi prognoz işareti olarak kabul edilir. Biz 71 yaşında bir olguyu literatür eşliğinde sunduk
