Abstract :Retroperitoneal bölgedeki tümörler oldukça nadir görülmekle birlikte, bu kitlelerin yaklaşık %70-80’inin malign olması ve ürolojik organlarla olan yakın ilişkisi nedeniyle önem arz etmektedirler. Ürinom; perirenal, paraüreteral veya retroperitotenal alanda, ekstravaze idrarın birikimi olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Ürinomlar genellikle obstrüksiyona sekonder veya üriner sistemde yaralanmaya neden olan künt veya delici yaralanmalar sonucu meydana gelir. Retroperitoneal kitleyi taklit eden ürinom olgusunu sunduk
