Abstract :Spontan üreter rüptürü oldukça nadirdir. Spontan rüptürler daha çok üriner sistemin taş hastalığı, konjenital anomaliler ve tümörlerde artmaktadır. Burada spontan olarak tek taraflı üreter rüptürü gelişen 64 yaşında erkek olgu sunulmaktadır. Hastada herhangi bir karın travması mevcut değildi. Proksimal üreter taşı bulunan 64 yaşında erkek hastada gelişen spontan üreter rüptürü ve tedavisi literatür eşliğinde tartışıldı
