Abstract :Every year the population of Turkey has been increased. 1927 election of our population was 13.648.270, but in 1997 the population was 62.865.574. Every year 1,3 million people were involved our population. This increasing population of Turkey is occured as young population. However as a result of this some problems also happened. For example; immigration from village to the city; the problem of jobbless; the problem of homeless; increasing of the Gecekondu bidonville ; unhealthy constructions etc.
