Abstract :Rönesans Dönemi İngiliz tiyatrosunda, Osmanlı Türklerini bizzat konu eden, veya onlara gönderme yapan çok sayıda eser mevcuttur. Bu araştırmanın konusu Rönesans Dönemi İngiliz tiyatrosunda William Shakespeare, Christopher Marlowe, Thomas Kyd, Ben Jonson, Robert Davenport, Lodowick Carlell ve John Mason gibi yazarların eserlerindeki Türk imgesini genel olarak incelemektir.
