Abstract :Özet Giriş: Fournier gangren genital bölgeleri tutan ve hızlı ilerleyen nekrotizan fasiit ile karakterize bir hastalıktır. Negatif Basınçlı Yara Tedavisi, fournier gangreni olgularında, yara yatağı hazırlığı sırasında, eksüda kontrolünün sağlanması ile enfeksiyon kontrolünde kullanılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada Fournier gangrenli olguların Negatif Basınçlı Yara Tedavisi sonuçları açıklanmıştır. Olgu Sunumu: Ocak-Aralık 2021 tarihleri arasında İstanbul ilinde yer alan bir şehir hastanesinde tedavi gören dört Fournier gangrenli hastayı içerdi. Olguların tamamı erkek olup yaş ortalaması 66,75 (60-74) idi. Tüm hastalara Negatif Basınçlı Yara Tedavisi öncesi yara debridmanı yapıldı. Tüm hastalarda komplikasyon olmadan enfekte yaraları tamamen iyileşerek taburcu edildi. Sonuç: Mevcut sonuçlar, kısmı yara kenarı kapatma ve Fournier Gangren yaralarında Negatif Basınçlı Yara Tedavisi yaraları iyileştirdiğini göstermektedir. Ayrıca bu yöntem kolay ve anatomik olarak zor alanlara uygulanması faydalı olabilmektedir. Anahtar Kelimeler: Fournier Gangreni, Negatif Basınçlı Yara Tedavisi, Yara Bakımı. Abstract Introduction: Fournier gangrene is a disease that affects the genital areas and is characterized by rapidly progressive necrotizing fasciitis. Negative Pressure Wound Therapy is used in cases of Fournier\\\'s gangrene, during wound bed preparation, and infection control by providing exudate control. In this study, the results of Negative Pressure Wound treatment in cases with Fournier\\\'s gangrene are explained. Case Reports: It included four patients with Fournier gangrene who were treated in a city hospital in Istanbul between January and December 2021. All cases were male and the average age was 66.75 (60-74). All patients underwent wound debridement before Negative Pressure Wound Therapy. All patients were discharged with their infected wounds completely healed without complications. Conclusion: Recent results show that Negative Pressure Wound Therapy improves wounds with partial wound edge closure and Fournier\\\'s Gangrene wounds. In addition, this method is easy and can be useful in anatomically difficult areas.
