Abstract :Dünya Sağlık Örgütü insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(DSÖ); ve Uluslararası Virüs Taksonomisi Komitesi tarafından şiddetli akut solunum sıkıntısı sendromu Coronavirüs 2 insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(SARS-COV-2); şeklinde tanımlanmış olan Covid-19 mortalite ve morbidite oranı oldukça yüksek olan bulaşıcı bir hastalıktır. Covid-19 tanısı konulmuş hastalarda hafif ateşli hastalık, ARDS, Septik şok ve multi organ yetersizliğine varan ciddi süreçler yaşanmaktadır. Covid-19 tanısı konulmuş hastalar enfeksiyon kontrolü, solunum desteği, septik şok vb tedavilerin uygulanabilmesi amacı ile yoğun bakım ünitesinde takip edilmektedir. Kısa sürede tüm dünyayı etkisi altına alan ve sağlık sisteminde benzeri bulunmayan bu salgın hastalığın yönetilebilmesi, hemşirelik bakımının evrensel rehberler doğrultusunda planlanması, uygulanması ve değerlendirilmesine bağlıdır. Bu olgu sunumunda COVID-19 ARDS tanısı ile yoğun bakım ünitesinde tedavi edilmekte olan hastanın bakımı, hemşirelik süreci doğrultusunda gerçekleştirilmiş, tanılama verileri Roper, Logan ve Tierney’in “Yaşam Modeli’ rehber alınarak toplanmış ve değerlendirilmiş, hastanın sorunlarının belirlenmesi ve bakımın planlanmasında NANDA–I Hemşirelik Tanıları insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(North American Nursing Diagnosis Association-International:Taxonomy II - Kuzey Amerika Hemşirelik Tanıları Birliği Taksonomi:II); Hemşirelik Sonuçları Sınıflandırma-NOC insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Nursing Outcomes Classification); ve Hemşirelik Girişimleri Sınıflandırma-NIC insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Nursing Interventions Classification); sistemleri kullanılarak ele alınmış ve sunulmuştur. Patients diagnosed with Covid-19 experience serious processes from mild inflammatory disease to ARDS, septic shock and to multiple organ failure. Patients diagnosed with Covid-19 are followed in intensive care units in order to apply treatments such as infection control, ventilatory support and septic shock. Management of this pandemic which has affected the whole world in a short time and is unprecedented to the healthcare system depends on planning, applying and evaluating nursing care in line with universal guidelines. In this case presentation, the care of a patient being treated in the intensive care unit with the diagnosis of COVID-19 ARDS was provided in line with the nursing process. The study collected and evaluated the diagnosis data under the guidance of Roper, Logan and Tierney’s “Life Model’. In determining the patient’s problems and planning the care, the study used the NANDA–I Nursing Diagnoses insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(North American Nursing Diagnosis Association-International: Taxonomy II);, the Nursing Outcomes Classification and the Nursing Interventions Classification-NIC systems.
