Abstract :Green organizational climate and green organizational behavior are becoming increasingly important for businesses that promote environmentally conscious production approaches. Especially in the manufacturing sector, sustainability-focused policies and practices are critical factors influencing employees\\\' perceptions, motivations, and commitment to the organization. In this context, the adoption of a green climate within the organization and the encouragement of employees towards environmentally responsible behaviors can have a positive impact on the perception of justice. A green organizational climate contributes to employees feeling more valued and respected in the workplace by providing a fair, ethical, and environmentally responsible working environment for all stakeholders. Therefore, understanding the role of green organizational behavior and climate in organizational justice in manufacturing businesses is crucial for both employee satisfaction and long-term sustainability strategies. In this study, the mediating effect of organizational justice on the effect of green organizational climate on green organizational behavior was examined. The data obtained within the scope of the study were obtained from 285 employees selected through convenience sampling method using online questionnaire technique. In order to verify the validity of the scales used in the research, confirmatory factor analysis was performed with AMOS 24 software. Cronbach\\\'s Alpha coefficient values were calculated to test the reliability of the scales using SPSS 24.0 quantitative analysis program. The data obtained were analyzed with structural equation modeling techniques. According to the research findings, it was concluded that green organizational climate has a positive effect on green organizational behavior and organizational justice. In addition, it was concluded that organizational justice has a mediating role in the effect of green organizational climate on green organizational behavior.Keywords : Yeşil Örgüt İklimi, Yeşil Örgütsel Davranış, Örgütsel Adalet, Yeşil Örgüt, Çevresel Sürdürülebilirlik
