Abstract :Botryoid odontojenic kist lateral periodontalkistlerin nadir görülen multiloküler bir varyantıolarak WHO tarafından 1992 de tarif edilmiştir.Rekürrens oranının yüksek olduğu bilinen botryoidodontojenik kistin tedavisinde kistin enükleasyonu,küretajı ve marjinal rezeksiyonu bildirilmiştir.Bu olgu sunumunda 43 yaşında erkek hastadamandibula korpus boyunca yayılım gösteren geniş,botryoid odontojenik kist olgusunun klinik, histopatolojik özellikleri ve tedavisi sunulmuştur
