Abstract :İdrarda testosteron (T) ve epitestosteronun (E) tayini için, ince tabaka kromatografisi ile kombine basit ve duyarlı gaz kromatografik bir yöntem tanımlanmıştır. İdrardaki testosteron ve epitestosteron asit hidrolizi ve ekstraksiyondan sonra ince tabaka kromatografisi (İTK) ile ayrılmış ve elüe edilmiştir. Elüat asetillenmiş, tekrar İTK ile izole edilmiş ve iç standart ilave edilip gaz sıvı kromatografisinde (GSK) analiz edilmiştir. Bu yöntemle verim testosteron için % 73.79 ± 3.9 ve epitestosteron için % 75.94 ± 7.9, duyarlılık ise 0.05 µg olarak bulunmuştur. Geliştirilen yöntem normal erkek ve kadın idrarları ile ilaç verilen kişilerin idrarlarına uygulanarak T E oranlan saptanmıştır. Normal erkek idrarlarında bu oran 1.96 ± 0.62, normal kadın idrarlarında 2.62 ± 0.32, ilaç verilen kişilerin idrarlarında ise 4.88 ± 1.78 olarak bulunmuştur. Bulgular doping kontrolü açısından değerlendirilmiştir. and then eluted.
