Abstract :Bu çalışmada piyasada satılmakta olan kurutulmuş ıspanak ile bamyanın ve bunların taze asıllarının C vitamini miktarları araştırılmıştır. Sonuçta, kurutulmuş sebzelerin C vitamini miktarlarının taze asıllarına göre istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir şekilde düşük olduğu bulunmuştur
