Abstract :Acorus calamus L. bitkisinin rizomları ndan subuharı distilasyonu ile elde edilen uçucu ya ğan, monoterpenik hidrokarbon fraksiyonu, silikagel kolonunda ayrıldı . Bu fraksiyonun P,P'—oksidipropionitril (60°C) ve Carbowax 20 M (100°C) kolonlarından yararlanılarak gaz kromatografik analizi yapıldı . Analiz sonucunda, 14 tane monoterpenik hidrokarbon saptand ı . Bu maddelerden oc—pinen, kamfen, p-pinen, mirsen ve p—simen Acorus türlerindeki varl ığı daha önceden bilinen maddelerdir. Bu çal ışmada, Anadolu kaynakl ı Acorus calamus L. uçucu yakı nda ayrı ca 03—karen, sabinen, a—terpinen, p—fellandren, y—terpinen, cis—p—osimen, terpinolen, trans—p—osimen de bulundu ğu saptandı .
