Abstract :Beta-blokan maddelerden biri olan İ.N.P.E.A.'nın kolorimetrik olarak miktar tayini metodu ara ştınldı . Bulunan metodun temeli Bromofenol mavisi ile iyon çifti olu şumudur. Bu renk reaksiyon sonucu teşekkül eden madde kloroform ile tüketildi. 412 nm de maksimum absorbsiyon ölçüldü. Ayrıca çalışma koşullarının bu renk reaksiyonu üzerinde olan etkileri ara ştırıldı . Böylece bulunan bu miktar tayini metodu İ .N.P.E.A. ampul ve tabletlerine uygulandı .
