Abstract :Farklı hijyenik termal işlem uygulanmış 100 süt numunesi: Hijyenik termal işlem uygulanmadan önceki derecesi, Prezervatifler ile hilelendirilip hilelendirilmediklerinin saptanması, Pastörizasyon, Sterilizasyon ve Uperizasyon işlemlerinin kontrolü ile Total bakteri miktarı ve Coliform grubu mikroorganizmaların sayımı, Hemolytic Streptococcus ve Enterotoxigenic Staphylococcus ların tesbiti yönterinden analize alınmışlardır. Sonuçlara ait bulgular Tablo I ve II de görülmektedir. Bu tabloların incelenmesinden anlaşılacağı gibi, pek az numunenin besin hijyeni bakımından tüketime uygun olduğu saptanmıştır.
