Abstract :Individuals with hearing impairment have some difficulties to communicate with others. Because of this they have to use different communication methods. The purpose of this study was to determine different communication methods of individuals with hearing impairment in different environments while communicating with others. The research group consisted 69 male and 31 female adult individuals with hearing impairment. Results of this study showed that, individuals with hearing impairment use sign language as the first choice to communicate with the others
