Abstract :Eğitim sistemleri; öğrenme-öğretme süreçlerinde nitel ve nicel gereksinmeleri karşılamada çağdaş iletişim teknolojisindeki gelişmeleri izlemek, bu gelişmelerin öğrenm e-öğretme süreçlerine katkılarının neler olabileceğini saptamak ve uygulamada bunlardan yararlanmak durumundadırlar. Video da iletişim teknolojisinin öğrenme-öğretme süreçlerin-rinde etkililik ve verimliliği artırmak için uygulamaya konulması düşünülebilecek ürünlerden biridir.
